What counts as a session?
One visit to any of your sites: from arriving until 30 minutes without activity. Visits you make yourself through preview and QA links don't count.
Are sessions shared across my websites?
Yes. A plan covers the whole workspace: every site, every teammate, one monthly allowance.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Your sites keep working and experiments keep running for every visitor. New visits just aren't recorded or counted until the next period starts, or until you move to a bigger plan, which lifts the limit at once. Nothing extra is ever charged.
How long are recordings kept?
Thirty days on Free, and up to 13 months on Growth and Scale, so you can compare a season with the one a year before. You choose per site, from one day up.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, in the dashboard. An upgrade starts at once and is charged for the rest of the period, less what you already paid. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect when the period you paid for ends, and nothing more is charged.
Who handles payments and taxes?
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. It charges your card or PayPal, adds the right sales tax or VAT for your country at checkout, and sends the invoices. Prices here are before tax.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes: ask within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it. Write to [email protected]; the refund policy has the details.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create a free account, add the snippet to your site, and use every feature within the Free plan. Move to a paid plan from Billing whenever you need more.
Can I buy before creating an account?
