Errors shown
The messages your site shows when it stops a visitor: a size not chosen, a field left empty, a card declined, an item out of stock. Recordings count them in the session list and show each message in the timeline, so you can find the visitors who hit one and watch what they did next.

message- What the visitor was shown, word for word: "Choose a size first", "Your card was declined". The timeline shows it.
field- Which field it was about, if any (size, email, card).
Good to know
- Send one each time the message is shown, not on every keystroke.
- Send the message, never what the visitor typed: card numbers and passwords stay out.
- JavaScript errors are different: the snippet catches those itself, and recordings mark them too.
- For discount codes, use the coupon events: they keep the code and why it was refused.
